Adultcon 11 starred a diminshed cast of adult performers and a larger influx of merchants selling adult wares. There were fewer attendees this time as a result of the fiasco which occured at the previous Adultcon event where doors were one and half hours late opening, resulting in a huge line and an even longer wait to enter the venue due to every attendee being patted down and searched.

The ritual was intact at most current incarnation of event, which meant that waiting in line to be searched and then waiting in line to buy a ticket, took an hour. Pre-sale tickets for Adultcon are not available. Talent also complained that they were forced to wait inline, in addition to not being allowed to go out for smoke breaks. Veteran performer Lynn LeMay was told by the owner of the event that she was not allowed to give items away at her booth. For example, she wanted to give a free DVD away to a customer who paid full price for two DVDs, but was prohibited from doing so.
